Yes, our facility is open to our San Diego Personal Trainers and their clients on a 24/7/365 basis. All of our trainers have personalized codes which they can use to access the facility at any time. We have a full scale security system implemented within the fitness studio to protect our members.

No, San Diego Fitness is a Private Personal Training Studio with no open membership options. All clients must be with their Personal Trainer throughout the duration of their session. This eliminates crowds or waiting times for equipment, and results in an overall improved personal experience for our clients.

Yes! San Diego Fitness has two fully equipped restrooms with showers and an additional restroom for access. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap, moisturizer, and spray deodorant.
