Travis Armbruster learned the importance of health at a young age, growing up in an agricultural environment with asthma and allergies it took constant action to keep on top of his health. This lead to healthy habits, which ultimately became a passion and a career in fitness.

Travis attended Pittsburgh State University where he received a B.S. in Fitness and Kinesiology. At this time he also began personal training in 2005 while at college, working along side as an assistant for the strength and conditioning program including all sports at Pitt State. He played for the Pittsburgh State Gorillas football team, as well as competed for the Track and Field team. And he also placed 2nd in a Kansas Strong Man competition.

After completing college he worked full time as a personal trainer, while furthering his education and completing ACE personal training, NASM-CPT, and NASM-PES.

While working as a personal trainer Travis was recruited onto the USA Bobsled team, where he was fortunate to compete through the 09-10 season and train for the 2010 Olympics. Season highlights included two medals from the Americas Cup in Lake Placid, New York; a silver medal in 2-man competition; and a gold medal in 4-man competition.

Recently Travis competed in the Southern California Natural Bodybuilding Competition, winning 1st place in the tall and overall category and in overall best posing.

Realizing the pain and lack of flexibility caused by daily activity and living Travis became a certified Rossiter Coach. Rossiter works by relieving pain in a quick and effective way. It's a hands on approach to get you feeling free and light.

Travis's myriad fitness and training experiences has allowed him to work with clientele ranging in ages from 12-75; in categories such as extreme weight loss, muscle gain, swimming, marathon training, body transformation; and sports performance at the high school, college and professional levels.
